I have a gigaware usb controller, that i'm trying to use on my laptop which has windows conttroller. Please assign your manual to a product: Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter. You may try running the Hardware and Device troubleshooter and check if it helps. In that case, I'll still have to go through MotionJoy in order to use it.
